Information about economic agreement, about scientific-research work on the basis of a state and international grant.
On the basis of the order of Center of science and technology at the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan Republic, the faculty carries on a research work in two
Themes, financed by a state budget:
- "Designing a program of carrying reforms in industrial enterprises in the conditions of changeable economical environment".
- "Modeling the perfection of system of microeconomic reforms on the basis of methods of economical synthesis" for the amount of 643,000 soums.
In 2000 was compounded and submitted a project for a competition on the basis of the program Tasis Tempus. In 2001 a project for "Tempus" No. CD-JEP-21250 successfully passed a competition. Te project called: "Creation of new programs on economy of agriculture in Bukhara Technological Institute of Food- and Light- Industry" was granted the sum of 442541 euros. Under the program "Tasis Tempus" the activities scheduled in 2003 are carried on.
Results of scientific themes.
The scientific works, scheduled in 2003 on "Management" faculty are executed totally and are handed over in time to Ministry of higher and secondary special education and to a scientific department of the institute: the reports on scientific works No. 2.25 and No. 2.44 financed by a state budget.
The teachers of our faculty have taken an active part in international, republican and institutional scientific conferences.
Under the order No.16-У (01) by the rectors of institute "About organizing in the faculty the monitoring of scientific works" the following was done:
The plan of scientific-research works was completely fulfilled.
The reports on 2 work-projects from the "Center of science and technology" submitted.
In April 11-12, 2003 on the faculty there was held international seminar on the subject "Integration of production, education and science in training the personnel for the field of "Business and management".
On the basis of the order of Uzbekistan's Ministry of higher and secondary special education dated 6.02.2003, No. 26 there was held I tour of an Olympiad in the following subjects: "Statistics", "Privatization", "Accounting","Economics, organization and management".
The faculty has provided full involvement of the faculty teachers in a scientific seminar. At the scientific seminar there were discussed and approved the themes of Master's scientific works.
On the basis of the plan the scientific activity of students' community is carried out.
The faculty keeps in touch not only with the foreign states, but also with the institutes of the Republic. Among them there are: Tashkent State Economics University (TSEU), Technical University, "Institute of economics ", "Institute of Problems of market reforms".

In 2002 - 2003 it has strengthened the links with Greenwich University of Great Britain, and with International agrarian college of Holland - Larenstein. The teachers of the faculty have increased their proficiency in these educational establishments.
Besides, the professors of the above universities, in March 2003 conducted a series of lectures and refilled the library with books for the students, studying in the field of "Management".
From the side of 3 professors - teachers of TSEU there is carried out a practical assistance in supervising masters' scientific works and masters' scientific researches.
Under an economic agreement there were organized courses of improving the qualification for the directors of farms of Bukhara region.
The following list of scientific works has been fulfilled according to the order of the institute's rector dated 19 February 2003 in the fields:
- The plan of a scientific seminar on economics and management was drawn up.
- Were reviewed and discussed the themes of scientific works of bachelors and masters on a seminar meeting.
- Were discussed the themes of research works of young trainees - researchers and post-graduate students. (Azimova B.F., Boboev A.Ch., Ziyaviddinova N.M., Inoyatov A.H.,Ashurov Z.M., Ergashev R.S., and others).
- Were determined the directions of cooperation with the branch's enterprises and the working plans were drawn up.
- Were determined and indicated new directions of cooperation with Greenwich University of Great Britain and International agrarian college of Holland - Larenstein.
