The report of work of enlightenment and spirituality on faculty " Business and Management" for 2002 -2003 academic years.
The quantity of academic groups within the faculty makes up totally 31 groups. The curators of these groups work under the plan of Curators' work. The plan of work for each curator is affirmed and they work on the basis of the given plan. At the faculty there is a chairman of curators' Council, who once per month carries out meetings. The young curators are supervised by the instructor-curators. Each curator has an annual curator plan for conducting curator lectures; the open curator lectures are conducted on the basis of these plans. By the group curators the annual working plans are compounded and are submitted to the dean's office.
At the faculty there are conducted Days of the faculty, where do participate the dean, the deputies of dean, parents, students and administration of the institute.
Many curators actively participate in curator lectures, give "open" curator lectures, and organize meetings. On 7.09.2003 in the meeting-hall of the institute were organized 1st, 2nd tours of meeting of "First Graduate Students" of the institute, where the students actively participated with their own scripts. On 29.09.2003 there was conducted a meeting dedicated to delivery of Students' Certificates. In October there was conducted an activity dedicated to the day of "Teachers and Instructors". In December there was an activity on a theme "Constitution". In Samarkand city, on the competition dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Constitution, our faculty has occupied the 2nd place and was awarded a money prize.
On inter-faculty competition of "Humor Club", the faculty has occupied the 1st place. In February there were conducted some activities and radio-transmissions dedicated to the days of births of A.Navoi & Z.Bobur.
In March 2003, in an activity dedicated to Navruz holiday, the faculty has occupied the 1st place for the best script.
In the above activities the curators A.Saidov, S.N.Yuldasheva, A.Ch.Babaev., H.R.Khakimova, N.F.Akhmedova, and others have taken an active part.
In 2003-2004 for 414 students were attached 55 curators, who were connected with the parents and the group curators. They actively participate in the Days of dean's office, the active participants of which are: D.Artykova, A.Primova, O.Tosheva, G.Yunusova, M.Rahmonova, and others.
In the students' hostel there live 52 students of the faculty out of which 7 are girls.

Were prepared and affirmed the Rules for students. The days of the faculty are carried out on the basis of the dean's office plan. At the present time 2 faculties have conducted activities on the basis of the plan.
In December 2003, the faculty of philosophy made a representation on the subject "11th anniversary of the Constitution". In January 2003, the faculty of languages conducted an activity dedicated to the day of the Motherland Defenders, in February the faculty of "Philosophy" did the same on the day of birth of great A.Navoi.
In March 2003, faculties of "Marketing & economy", "Management & Business",
"Philosophy" and other faculties conducted presentations on miscellaneous themes: "On a round table". In May the faculties of "Philosophy" & "Languages" together with the department of enlightenment of the institute made a presentations "On a round table". In activities dedicated to "Comfortable Neighborhood" the faculties of
"Philosophy" and "Languages" participated together with the youth organization and the trade union.
In the institute's hostel, in competition "for the best room of a storey" the students have occupied the 1st place. |
